I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel's location in the center of Macau made it convenient for exploring the city and visiting the surrounding casinos. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I particularly appreciated the special healthy pillows and the complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of options to satisfy different appetites.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The security guard who was standing guard at the main door on 22 May around 2.40pm was very friendly and helpful. He saw us waiting for the free shuttle bus to the ferry,he offered to help us take a lookout and inform us when the bus is here.
The counter staffs are not very friendly. They do not give a warm welcome.1 of whom is the security guard dressed in red uniform. He did not give a smile at all and he gave us a strange look everytime he sees us.It seems like we are poor residents. They speak too fast and we cannot catch what they are saying most of the time.

This hotel in the central district of Macau offers great value for money. It's located in the city center, just a short walk away from the tourist attractions. The staff provides excellent service and pays attention to detail, making sure that guests have everything they need. The rooms are well-equipped, with special healthy pillows and complete amenities. Despite one minor issue with the AC turning off, the rooms are clean and comfortable, including the queen-size bed. The breakfast, although with limited options, is served with Asian's appetite in mind and is great value for the price.
All was more than satisfactory at this hotel.

My recent stay at Emperor was delightful. I was in Macau for leisure and stayed for three nights. The hotel's location was excellent, with bus stations nearby and plenty of local food stalls to explore. The breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable, offering a variety of local dishes. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out process was fast. Complimentary drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. The hotel also provided easy access to attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Macau Fisherman's Wharf, with free shuttle buses available.
I would recommend this hotel.

Close to the bus terminal, major sights, and most of casino hotels like the Hotel Wynn, and
It could be better if they have a free shuttle service to/from the Macau ferry terminal. It was not a big deal since I took a ride to the hotel Wynn and fortunately could find this hotel easily.

Great location, close to attractions and offers free shuttle buses to various destinations. Clean rooms and complimentary drinks provided. Fast check-in and check-out process. Bathroom has a clear glass view to the bedroom. Large room area that can accommodate multiple suitcases. Nice breakfast with a variety of local food options. Efficient and helpful staff.

Great location, convenient to explore Macau by foot. Close to ferry harbour. Free upgrade to executive room. Big and nice room. Responsive staff. Basic room supplies. Good value for money. Spacious family room with good bedding.
Nothing, all excellent.

The room was really comfortable, the bed and shower were amazing! Breakfast was ok (but sometimes they didn't replace things fast enough and we had to wait a few minutes) and the location also - three blocks from the MTR, but not really central.
Housekeeping should knock more than once before opening the door, just in case someone forgot to switch the "do not disturb" sign (which should be by the door as well, not only by the bed).

I had a very good stay at this hotel in the center of Macau city. The location was great for exploring the tourist attractions in the central district, and it was convenient to be close to the casinos. The staff was polite and helpful, providing good and polite service. The room was comfortable and had a good view of the Macau Tower.
All in all, everything was fine and there's nothing that I think could be improved.

Room size was fine.
Room was just a standard room. Allthough we booked for the executive floor all you were provided with was a very basic breakfast - no other thrills for the extra paid so not worth it - stick to standard price only as the room will be the same. Renovations going on caused some disturbance but this is unavoidable when the hotel are putting improvements in place.
